The kit includes six soil pellets, six plant markers and six packs of seeds - the seed packs do vary but could include green beans, aubergine, cabbage, cauliflower, sweet pepper, pumpkin, cucumber, cucamelon and peas!

You can plant the seeds directly into the egg box, this protects the seeds while they germinate.  Once large enough, they can be transplanted to a suitable spot outside and the egg box will naturally biodegrade.  With gentle care and attention, you could be enjoying your own home-grown veggies!
