It's the time of year when we start reflecting on the previous year and thinking about the new year ahead. 🎆 I've always struggled with the concept of a New Year's resolution. Having to choose just one thing to work on for the whole year seems a big decision that, more often than not, doesn't get seen through.
A few years ago, I decided to do away with the classic New Year's Resolution and go for a New Month's Resolution instead. The concept pretty much does what it says on the tin...have a new resolution to focus on each month rather than just one for the full year! 🥳 I usually have a vague idea of what I'd like to focus on each month, but leave it flexible to decide at the start of each month and season. I've found it's a lot less overwhelming to try a resolution for a month and you get to try out different ones! 🙌
